ขอบคุณที่สั่งซื้อสินค้ากับ Plain2Perfect เราใส่ใจในการเตรียมและแพ็กทุกออเดอร์อย่างดีที่สุด เพื่อให้สินค้าถึงมือลูกค้าอย่างปลอดภัย

1. ระยะเวลาเตรียมสินค้า

คำสั่งซื้อจะได้รับการจัดเตรียมและจัดส่งภายใน 1–3 วันทำการ หลังจากได้รับการยืนยันการชำระเงิน

คำสั่งซื้อที่ทำในวันเสาร์ อาทิตย์ หรือวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ จะเริ่มดำเนินการในวันทำการถัดไป

ในช่วงเปิดตัวสินค้า โปรโมชั่น หรือช่วงที่มีคำสั่งซื้อจำนวนมาก ระยะเวลาเตรียมสินค้าอาจใช้เวลานานขึ้นเล็กน้อย

2. การจัดส่งภายในประเทศไทย

เราจัดส่งสินค้าทั่วประเทศไทยด้วยบริการ Standard Shipping

  • ค่าจัดส่ง 40 บาท

  • จัดส่งฟรีสำหรับคำสั่งซื้อตั้งแต่ 199 บาทขึ้นไป

  • ระยะเวลาจัดส่งโดยประมาณ 2–3 วันทำการ

ระยะเวลาจัดส่งอาจแตกต่างกันตามพื้นที่ปลายทางและบริษัทขนส่ง

3. การจัดส่งระหว่างประเทศ

  • ระยะเวลาจัดส่งโดยประมาณ 7–14 วันทำการ

ระยะเวลาจัดส่งอาจแตกต่างกันตามประเทศปลายทาง ขั้นตอนศุลกากร วันหยุดราชการ สภาพอากาศ และการดำเนินงานของบริษัทขนส่ง

4. ค่าจัดส่ง

ค่าจัดส่งทั้งหมดจะแสดงในขั้นตอน Checkout ก่อนชำระเงิน

5. ภาษี อากร และค่าธรรมเนียมศุลกากร

สำหรับคำสั่งซื้อระหว่างประเทศ อาจมีภาษีนำเข้า อากร หรือค่าธรรมเนียมศุลกากรตามกฎหมายของประเทศปลายทาง

ค่าใช้จ่ายดังกล่าว ไม่รวมอยู่ในราคาสินค้าหรือค่าจัดส่ง และเป็นความรับผิดชอบของลูกค้า เว้นแต่จะมีการระบุไว้เป็นอย่างอื่นในขั้นตอน Checkout

Plain2Perfect ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความล่าช้าที่เกิดจากการตรวจสอบของศุลกากร หรือการไม่ชำระภาษีและค่าธรรมเนียมของลูกค้า

6. การติดตามพัสดุ

เมื่อคำสั่งซื้อถูกจัดส่งแล้ว เราจะส่งหมายเลขติดตามพัสดุ (Tracking Number) ให้ทางอีเมลหรือช่องทางที่ใช้สั่งซื้อ

โปรดทราบว่า ระบบติดตามพัสดุอาจใช้เวลาระยะหนึ่งในการอัปเดตหลังจากบริษัทขนส่งรับพัสดุเรียบร้อยแล้ว

7. ข้อมูลการจัดส่ง

กรุณาตรวจสอบชื่อ ที่อยู่ เบอร์โทรศัพท์ และข้อมูลการจัดส่งให้ถูกต้องก่อนยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อ

หากพัสดุตีกลับเนื่องจากข้อมูลไม่ถูกต้อง หรือไม่สามารถจัดส่งได้ ลูกค้าอาจต้องรับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่งเพิ่มเติมสำหรับการจัดส่งใหม่

8. พัสดุล่าช้าหรือสูญหาย

เมื่อพัสดุถูกส่งมอบให้บริษัทขนส่งแล้ว การจัดส่งจะอยู่ภายใต้การดำเนินงานของบริษัทขนส่ง

หากพัสดุล่าช้าหรือมีปัญหาในการจัดส่ง กรุณาติดต่อเรา เราจะช่วยติดตามและประสานงานกับบริษัทขนส่งอย่างเต็มที่

9. เหตุสุดวิสัย

ระยะเวลาจัดส่งเป็นเพียงระยะเวลาโดยประมาณ และอาจเกิดความล่าช้าจากเหตุสุดวิสัย เช่น ภัยธรรมชาติ การตรวจสอบของศุลกากร การหยุดให้บริการของบริษัทขนส่ง การประท้วง หรือเหตุการณ์อื่นที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของเรา

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing times may be slightly longer during new product launches, promotional campaigns, or periods of high order volume.

2. Shipping Within Thailand

We offer Standard Shipping throughout Thailand.

5. Duties, Taxes and Customs Fees

Plain2Perfect is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or unpaid duties, taxes, or customs fees.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or your selected contact method.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become available after the parcel has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

7. Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and contact information are accurate before placing your order.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

Once a parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.

If your shipment is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us. We will do our best to assist with tracking and coordination.

9. Force Majeure

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Unexpected delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including customs inspections, severe weather, natural disasters, public holidays, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
