นโยบายการจัดส่ง

ขอบคุณที่สั่งซื้อสินค้ากับ Plain2Perfect ค่ะ เราจะเตรียมและแพ็กทุกออเดอร์อย่างตั้งใจก่อนจัดส่ง

1. ระยะเวลาเตรียมสินค้า

โดยปกติออเดอร์จะถูกเตรียมและจัดส่งภายใน 1-3 วันทำการ หลังจากได้รับการยืนยันการชำระเงิน

ออเดอร์ที่สั่งซื้อในวันเสาร์ อาทิตย์ หรือวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ จะเริ่มดำเนินการในวันทำการถัดไป

ในช่วงเปิดตัวสินค้าใหม่ ช่วงโปรโมชัน หรือช่วงที่มีออเดอร์จำนวนมาก ระยะเวลาเตรียมสินค้าอาจนานกว่าปกติเล็กน้อย

2. การจัดส่งภายในประเทศไทย

สำหรับออเดอร์ภายในประเทศไทย ตัวเลือกการจัดส่งมีดังนี้:

- EMS ภายในประเทศไทย: 40 บาท
- จัดส่งฟรีสำหรับออเดอร์ตั้งแต่ 199 บาทขึ้นไป

ระยะเวลาจัดส่งอาจแตกต่างกันตามจังหวัดปลายทางและบริษัทขนส่ง

3. การจัดส่งระหว่างประเทศ

ขณะนี้เราเปิดจัดส่งระหว่างประเทศไปยังบางประเทศ โดยเริ่มต้นที่ประเทศสิงคโปร์

สำหรับออเดอร์ไปสิงคโปร์:

- Standard International Shipping: 390 บาท
- จัดส่งฟรีระหว่างประเทศสำหรับออเดอร์ตั้งแต่ 3,500 บาทขึ้นไป
- ระยะเวลาจัดส่งโดยประมาณ: 5-10 วันทำการ

ระยะเวลาจัดส่งระหว่างประเทศอาจแตกต่างกันตามขั้นตอนศุลกากร วันหยุด สภาพอากาศ และความล่าช้าของบริษัทขนส่ง

4. ค่าจัดส่ง

ค่าจัดส่งจะถูกคำนวณและแสดงในขั้นตอน checkout ก่อนชำระเงิน

สำหรับออเดอร์ภายในประเทศไทย:
- EMS ภายในประเทศไทย: 40 บาท
- จัดส่งฟรีสำหรับออเดอร์ตั้งแต่ 199 บาทขึ้นไป

สำหรับออเดอร์ไปสิงคโปร์:
- Standard International Shipping: 390 บาท
- จัดส่งฟรีระหว่างประเทศสำหรับออเดอร์ตั้งแต่ 3,500 บาทขึ้นไป

5. ภาษี อากร และค่าธรรมเนียมศุลกากร

คำสั่งซื้อระหว่างประเทศอาจมีภาษีนำเข้า อากร ค่าธรรมเนียมศุลกากร หรือค่าใช้จ่ายอื่น ๆ ตามข้อกำหนดของประเทศปลายทาง

ค่าใช้จ่ายเหล่านี้ไม่รวมอยู่ในราคาสินค้าหรือค่าจัดส่ง และเป็นความรับผิดชอบของลูกค้า เว้นแต่จะมีการระบุไว้เป็นอย่างอื่นในขั้นตอน checkout

Plain2Perfect ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความล่าช้าที่เกิดจากขั้นตอนศุลกากร หรือการไม่ชำระภาษี อากร หรือค่าธรรมเนียมศุลกากรของลูกค้า

6. การติดตามพัสดุ

เมื่อออเดอร์ถูกจัดส่งแล้ว เราจะแจ้งเลขติดตามพัสดุให้ หากวิธีจัดส่งที่เลือกมีระบบติดตามพัสดุ

หลังจากพัสดุถูกส่งมอบให้บริษัทขนส่งแล้ว อาจต้องใช้เวลาสักระยะก่อนที่ข้อมูลติดตามพัสดุจะอัปเดต

7. ข้อมูลจัดส่งไม่ถูกต้อง

กรุณาตรวจสอบที่อยู่ เบอร์โทรศัพท์ และข้อมูลติดต่อให้ถูกต้องก่อนทำการสั่งซื้อ

Plain2Perfect ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อพัสดุที่สูญหาย ล่าช้า หรือถูกตีกลับจากข้อมูลจัดส่งที่ไม่ถูกต้องหรือไม่ครบถ้วนจากลูกค้า

หากพัสดุถูกตีกลับมาหาเราเนื่องจากที่อยู่ไม่ถูกต้องหรือไม่สามารถจัดส่งได้ ลูกค้าอาจต้องรับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่งเพิ่มเติมสำหรับการจัดส่งใหม่

8. พัสดุสูญหายหรือล่าช้า

หลังจากพัสดุถูกส่งมอบให้บริษัทขนส่งแล้ว การจัดส่งจะอยู่ภายใต้การดำเนินการของบริษัทขนส่ง

หากพัสดุล่าช้าหรือมีแนวโน้มสูญหาย สามารถติดต่อเราได้ค่ะ เราจะช่วยติดตามและประสานงานให้อย่างดีที่สุด

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During new product launches, sales periods, or high order volumes, processing times may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Within Thailand

For orders within Thailand, the available shipping option is:

- EMS Thailand: 40 THB
- Free shipping for orders of 199 THB and above

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination province and the shipping carrier.

3. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries, starting with Singapore.

For Singapore orders:

- Standard International Shipping: 390 THB
- Free International Shipping for orders of 3,500 THB and above
- Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days

International delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

For Thailand orders:
- EMS Thailand: 40 THB
- Free shipping for orders of 199 THB and above

For Singapore orders:
- Standard International Shipping: 390 THB
- Free International Shipping for orders of 3,500 THB and above

5. Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges required by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Plain2Perfect is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or unpaid duties, taxes, or customs fees.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number if tracking is available for the selected shipping method.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and contact information are correct before placing an order.

Plain2Perfect is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

8. Lost or Delayed Parcels

After a parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery handling is managed by the carrier.

If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with tracking or coordination.
